Why one broken panel gets complicated
Profile, color, age, and brittleness decide whether a small repair works.
Siding is the finish you see, but it also works with the weather barrier, flashing, trim, and penetrations behind it. A repair has to protect that wall, not just cover the damaged spot.
For larger replacements, we plan the corners, windows, doors, utilities, trim, flashing, and required clearances. Where siding meets the roof, fascia, soffit, or gutters, the order of work matters.
